What people ask us
Will the gift arrive in time?
Pieces in stock are dispatched within 2 working days. If time is tight, collect the gift in person at our shop in Prague 5; opening hours are on the Contact page.
What if they don’t like the gift?
It will. Definitely. A gift that can be turned back into money at any time pleases even people who don’t collect coins. Should the piece not suit after all, we will exchange it. And if you can’t decide, give a gift voucher and let them choose.
How do I know the coin is genuine?
You don’t have to; that is our job. Every piece has been through the hands of our numismatists and we guarantee authenticity, for coins above all. Add an AUREA certificate of authenticity to the gift: photographs of both sides, the parameters and a serial number. The dedication is printed right on it; during the working week we typically process the certificate by the next day.
